Key Responsibilities
1. Product Understanding
Understand the OneDesk Web and Mobile App in detail and how it solves operational problems for customers.
2. Lead Calling & Follow-ups
Call incoming leads, understand their requirements, and follow up regularly to convert them into customers.
3. Product Demonstrations
Conduct online product demos via Google Meet to explain the software and its benefits.
4. Client Communication
Handle client calls, answer their queries, and guide them on how OneDesk can improve their business operations.
5. Customer Support (Non-Technical)
Assist customers with general usage questions and operational guidance.
6. Issue Documentation
Identify technical issues faced by customers, document them clearly, and communicate them to the technical team.
7. Client Account Management
Manage customer accounts including:
- Sending quotations
- Generating invoices
- Tracking payments
- Maintaining customer records
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission per Sale
- High earning potential based on performance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
