Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct consultations.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, career goals, and study-abroad plans.
- Provide initial guidance on suitable countries, courses, universities, and intakes.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain proper lead records.
- Conduct counselling sessions and assist in converting genuine enquiries into applications.
- Coordinate with the documentation and application team for student processing.
- Stay updated on university courses, intakes, admission requirements, and study-abroad processes.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,514.38 per month
