Job Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing samples and conducting laboratory tests.
* Maintain lab equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards.
* Record and analyze data as per accreditation requirements.
* Follow all laboratory protocols and safety procedures.
* Support senior technicians and researchers on ongoing projects.
* Assist in developing new assays and achieving departmental objectives.
* Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
* Perform any other tasks assigned by higher authorities related to lab operations.
