Location: Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Kollam
Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and an leading centre for infertility treatment. Our mission is to provide exceptional medical care and support to our patients with compassion and dedication. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Intern to join our hospital team for a 3-month internship. This role provides hands-on exposure to hospital insurance processes, claims management, and coordination with TPAs and patients.
Key Responsibilities;
- Assist in processing insurance claims (cashless & reimbursement)
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals
- Verify patient insurance documents and eligibility
- Support billing and front office teams in insurance-related queries
- Maintain proper documentation and records of claims
- Follow up on pending approvals and claim settlements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / Hospital Administration preferred)
- Freshers or candidates seeking internship experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Interest in hospital operations / medical insurance
