Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Architect - Hospitality with 5-7 years of relevant experience to design and deliver premium hospitality environments. The candidate will be responsible for developing guest-centric spaces that combine design aesthetics, functionality, comfort, operational efficiency and memorable user experiences.
The role requires strong capability across concept development, space planning, material selection, FF&E, lighting, detailing, consultant coordination and site execution. The position will support hospitality-led environments aligned with the premium amenities, comfort, smart technology and sustainability envisioned for Atluri Ascend.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop interior design concepts for hospitality spaces including guest areas, lounges, restaurants, cafes, F&B spaces, arrival areas, reception / lobbies and other hospitality amenities.
· Translate the project vision into clear design narratives, mood boards, material palettes and spatial concepts.
· Develop detailed space planning with emphasis on guest movement, comfort, privacy, service circulation and operational functionality.
· Design premium arrival and reception experiences using furniture, feature finishes, flooring, lighting, artwork and integrated digital elements.
· Develop interior architecture including flooring, ceilings, wall treatments, partitions, millwork, joinery and custom furniture.
· Select and specify finishes, fabrics, furniture, lighting, sanitaryware, decorative elements, artwork and accessories appropriate to the hospitality positioning.
· Prepare and review GA drawings, plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, toilet details, joinery details and finish schedules.
· Coordinate interior design with architecture, MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire & life safety, AV, IT and security systems.
· Work closely with specialist consultants, kitchen / F&B consultants and vendors where required.
· Review material samples, mock-ups, prototypes and vendor submissions to ensure consistency with approved design intent.
· Coordinate with procurement teams on FF&E, finishes and long-lead design items.
· Undertake regular site inspections and resolve design and detailing issues during execution.
· Review contractor / shop drawings and ensure construction is aligned with approved design documentation.
· Participate in value engineering while protecting the overall hospitality experience, design intent and quality standards.
· Incorporate sustainable material and design strategies consistent with project sustainability objectives.
Design Focus
The candidate should understand the complete hospitality guest journey: Arrival -> Lobby / Reception -> Lounge -> Guest Areas -> F&B -> Amenities -> Service / Support Areas.
Key focus areas include guest experience and comfort; arrival and first impressions; ambience and mood; lighting; materials; furniture and FF&E; bespoke detailing; F&B environments; acoustics; accessibility; wayfinding; back-of-house functionality; and durability / maintainability of finishes.
Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) preferred. Interior Architecture / Interior Design qualifications with strong technical experience may also be considered.
· 5-7 years of relevant experience in interior architecture / design.
· Demonstrable experience in hospitality projects such as hotels, serviced residences, restaurants, cafes, lounges, clubs or premium hospitality environments.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating both design creativity and executed projects.
· Experience taking projects from concept through detailed design and site execution.
Technical Skills
· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
· Good working knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape, Lumion or equivalent visualization software.
· Revit / BIM capability would be an advantage.
· Strong technical knowledge of interior detailing, materials, joinery, furniture, lighting, finishes and MEP coordination.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
