Job Summary
Saraswathy Pooja World is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Pollachi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Experience in retail, wholesale, FMCG, or pooja products is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store sales.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Ensure product availability and coordinate with the store team.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints politely.
- Maintain accurate billing, stock movement, and daily sales records.
- Promote new arrivals, festive collections, and special offers.
- Follow company policies and maintain a clean, organized showroom.
Requirements
- 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (Malayalam is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work during weekends and festival seasons.
