Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic care, guidance, and counseling to individuals or groups within the NGO’s care.
- Oversee day-to-day caretaking duties to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
- Maintain basic records and coordinate welfare activities as needed.
- Work closely with the management team to implement social support programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: BSW (Bachelor of Social Work), MSW (Master of Social Work), or Any Degree graduate with a passion for social service.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and a dedicated work ethic.
- Availability: Ready to join immediately.
