About AptyRead
AptyRead is a structured English literacy programme for children aged 4–10, built on the Science of Reading, one of the most research-backed approaches to teaching children to read. Developed by Aptyou Services Pvt Ltd, it combines a physical workbook programme with a companion app, designed for school adoption across Kerala and beyond.
About the role
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken professional to represent AptyRead in schools. You will visit schools, meet principals and academic coordinators, conduct brief presentations on early English literacy, and guide schools through adopting our programme. Strong presentation and communication skills matter more than industry background here — we will train you fully on the programme itself.
What you will do
- Visit schools in your area and meet with principals and academic heads
- Conduct short, structured presentations (20–30 minutes) on early English literacy and the AptyRead programme
- Answer questions from school leadership and teachers with confidence
- Guide interested schools through the enrolment process
- Maintain visit logs and follow-up records
What we are looking for
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, in both Malayalam and English
- Confident meeting senior professionals (principals, academic heads) independently
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is an advantage
- Background in education is not required - full training is provided
- Organised, dependable, and comfortable working independently
