Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
