Position Purpose
The Happyness Ambassador is the primary relationship manager and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for members of the Nexus Select Membership Program. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized, and seamless experiences across every stage of the member journey while upholding the premium positioning of Nexus Select.
The Happyness Ambassador builds long-term relationships with assigned members by understanding their preferences, shopping behaviours, lifestyle aspirations, and service expectations. The role coordinates luxury services, facilitates exclusive experiences, and proactively engages members to strengthen loyalty, increase engagement, and contribute to the commercial success of the program.
As the face of Nexus Select, the Happyness Ambassador is expected to embody luxury hospitality standards, demonstrate impeccable professionalism and discretion, and consistently create memorable experiences that reinforce member trust and emotional affinity towards Nexus Elante.
