We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to support business development activities across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Eastern India.
The role involves generating leads, meeting architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, and developing business opportunities for facade and building solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new project opportunities.
- Visit architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders.
- Support institutional and project sales activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with the management team on project opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Building Materials, Construction, Steel, Cement, Architectural Products, or related industries preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bihar and nearby regions.
- Basic knowledge of project sales and the construction industry is an advantage.
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Preferred Candidate
- Existing relationships with architects, contractors, builders, or dealers.
- Experience in field sales or B2B sales.
- Strong networking and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
