Role & responsibilities
- Develop backend microservices using Node.js + NestJS + TypeScript
- Implement LR creation workflows, booking flows, and transporter assignment
- Build real-time tracking services (GPS Redis/MQTT API)
- Build integrations with external APIs (GST, Toll/NSDL, RTO, E-Way Bill, WhatsApp APIs)
- Implement digital delivery confirmation (QR, OTP, Photo, Geo validation)
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures & schema designs in SQL Server
- Implement caching layers using Redis
- Develop billing (25/LR), tenancy logic, and role-based access control
- Write clean, maintainable, testable code using best practices
- Work closely with React & Flutter teams on API contracts
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in Node.js (3+ years)
- Strong in NestJS (or Express with architectural patterns)
- Strong SQL experience (SQL Server preferred)
- Good understanding of REST APIs & Microservices
- Experience with Redis for caching
- Experience with JWT authentication + RBAC
- Experience with file upload APIs (Azure Blob, S3, or similar)
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Solid knowledge of TypeScript
- Message Queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus
- MQTT / WebSockets (for live tracking)
- Knowledge of geo-coordinates, routing, and ETA calculations
- Docker + Kubernetes
- Payment API integration (Phase 2 wallet system)
