Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with strong expertise in industrial design and fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate designs, drawings, and technical solutions as per client requirements, ensuring feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Study project requirements and understand client specifications
Prepare detailed 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Develop fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and assembly drawings
Modify and optimize designs based on site conditions and feedback
Coordinate with project, production, and installation teams
Support quotation preparation with design inputs and BOQ
Ensure designs comply with safety and quality standards
Conduct design validation and feasibility checks
Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions
Provide technical support during project execution and installation
Assist in resolving design-related issues at site
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting)
Good knowledge of fabrication drawings and industrial design
Basic understanding of materials, manufacturing, and processes
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Effective communication and coordination skills
Basis Knowledge of ERP System
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
1–3 years of experience in design (Industrial/Fabrication preferred)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
