Deconstruct is a fast-growing, science-backed skincare brand focused on transparency, efficacy, and consumer trust. We are building high-performance products for modern consumers, with formulations that are rigorously tested and clinically proven.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with 4–6 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and have a good understanding of ecommerce and D2C finance operations.

Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Manage end-to-end invoice processing, including verifying, classifying, and recording invoices accurately.

Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including maintaining accounts payable records and ensuring timely payment processing.

Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.

Facilitate timely payment of invoices and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries.

Prepare and maintain cash flow statements to support effective fund management and liquidity planning.

Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ensure timely resolution of unreconciled items.

Possess knowledge of export receipts, import payments, and related compliance requirements.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS and GST.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in finance operations.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA Inter/CMA Inter will be an added advantage.

Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Working knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory compliance requirements.

Good understanding of cash flow management and bank reconciliation processes.
