Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Receptionist cum Sales Caller who can efficiently manage front desk operations while handling outbound and inbound sales calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to generate leads and maintain customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Duties
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Manage emails, courier services, and office correspondence.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Sales Calling Duties
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer databases and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide information about services.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred).
- Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Diploma or certification in administration or sales is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Salary
- As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹8,601.30 - ₹23,999.55 per month
