- Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively source new customers through field visits, telecalling, and referrals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Document Processing: Collect and verify borrower KYC, income proofs, and bank statements to ensure compliance with institutional policies.
- Financial Counseling: Explain interest rates, loan tenures, processing fees, and EMI structures clearly to potential borrowers.
- CIBIL / Credit Analysis: Conduct preliminary credit assessments and calculate eligibility (Debt-to-Income ratios) before forwarding applications to underwriters.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
