Roles and Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure accurate model development.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, workflows, and client requirements.
- Update models based on design changes and project revisions.
- Generate schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide technical support related to BIM/Revit.
- Maintain model quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
- Strong knowledge of BIM standards, modeling techniques, and documentation processes.
- Experience in Architectural, Structural, or MEP modeling.
- Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and building systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, or related BIM software.
- Knowledge of clash detection, coordination, and model review processes.
- Familiarity with international drafting and BIM standards.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
