Role Description The Accountant role at Yash Industries is a full-time, on-site position based in Banjara Hills. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. The role involves processing invoices, tracking expenses, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records. The Accountant will collaborate with operations and management teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making in a fast-growing e-waste recycling business.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, or similar) and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and cash flow management within an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized financial records and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external auditors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
