Job Summary
Ambiens Groups is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Typist cum Documentation Assistant to support documentation, data entry, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining company documents related to real estate projects, customer records, legal documentation, and office correspondence.
Women candidates are preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Record Management
- Prepare, type, edit, and format agreements, letters, reports, and official correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of customer files, project documents, and legal documentation.
- Organize and archive physical and digital records systematically.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents as required.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of documents before submission.
Data Entry & Typing
- Enter customer and project-related information into company databases and software systems.
- Type documents, reports, and communications with high accuracy and speed.
- Update and maintain records in MS Excel and internal systems.
- Prepare reports and MIS as required by management.
Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing registration and legal documentation for real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Legal teams for document collection and verification.
- Handle scanning, photocopying, printing, filing, and document dispatch activities.
- Draft routine letters, notices, and internal communications.
Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure all customer and project documents are maintained according to company policies.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and records.
- Assist management during audits, inspections, and documentation reviews.
Required Skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy in English.
- Kannada typing knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of document formatting and record management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate documentation is preferred.
Qualification
- PUC / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in documentation, administration, data entry, or related roles.
