Smoocho is a fast-growing ice cream café and franchise brand focused on delivering premium dessert experiences, innovative products, and scalable franchise operations. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations, business growth, and franchise expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business operations of Smoocho cafés and franchise network.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion strategies.
- Manage franchise operations, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Develop operational SOPs and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Handle team management, hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and brand consistency.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, operational efficiency, and growth metrics.
- Maintain high standards in quality, compliance, and service delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or franchise business management.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
- Experience handling multi-branch or franchise operations preferred.
- Excellent business strategy, team handling, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to scale operations and drive business growth proactively.
