Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, handle client queries, and schedule site visits for real estate projects. The candidate should possess strong communication and follow-up skills to convert leads into potential sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Generate leads through calling, digital inquiries, and database follow-ups.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM/Excel sheets.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Build and maintain good client relationships.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Comfortable with telecalling and sales targets.
- Positive attitude and customer-handling ability.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in real estate telecalling/sales preferred
