Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to focus on selling luxury flats within our real estate portfolio. This role involves engaging with high-net-worth clients, showcasing premium properties, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with potential buyers, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions in the form of luxury real estate. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, a deep understanding of the luxury market, and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Lead Generation for Luxury Properties:
- Actively generate leads for luxury flat sales through networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, investors, and discerning clients looking for premium properties.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring continuous engagement.
- Luxury Property Presentation and Demonstration:
- Conduct personalized property tours, showcasing the unique features, benefits, and lifestyle offered by luxury flats.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the property’s design, amenities, location, and investment potential to help clients make informed decisions.
- Tailor property presentations to match the client’s specific preferences, needs, and desires.
- Negotiation and Closing High-Value Sales:
- Effectively negotiate terms and pricing for luxury property sales, ensuring a smooth and profitable transaction for both the client and the company.
- Close sales and secure commitments, with a focus on maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding pricing, payment plans, and investment options.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about the luxury real estate market, including trends, pricing, and new developments.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market conditions to position the company’s properties effectively.
- Offer expert advice on luxury real estate trends and changes in the market, using this knowledge to guide clients’ decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to generate repeat business or referrals.
- Provide post-sale support, helping clients settle into their new luxury flats and ensuring a seamless ownership experience.
- Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client communications, contracts, and status updates.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales progress, targets, and lead status.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Event Management and Client Interaction:
- Attend and participate in real estate events, property exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s luxury flats.
- Organize and host private viewings, exclusive events, and client meetings to enhance the brand presence in the luxury market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end or luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record in selling luxury flats or high-value properties.
- Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, including trends, buyer behavior, and key decision-making factors.
- Ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and affluent clients with a personalized approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and other sales tools.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet ambitious sales targets.

- Multilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus, especially for dealing with international clients.
Work Conditions:
- The role requires regular site visits to luxury properties and properties under development for client viewings and meetings.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet clients’ schedules and attend exclusive events.
