We are looking for a highly networked and result-driven Senior Manager – Sales with strong relationships in the BFSI sector. The incumbent will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, building strategic relationships, and positioning the organization’s risk intelligence and compliance solutions across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintech firms, and other financial institutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and technology-led risk intelligence tools, enabling them to effectively engage with clients who are increasingly adopting data-driven compliance and risk management frameworks.
1. Enterprise Sales – BFSI
- Identify and engage decision-makers across Risk, Compliance, Fraud Control, Vigilance, HR, and Operations within banks and financial institutions.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve revenue and pipeline targets for the BFSI vertical.
2. Strategic Relationship Management
- Leverage existing relationships within banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintech organizations to generate qualified opportunities.
- Build long-term partnerships with CXOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, Heads of Risk, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Represent the organization at BFSI forums, fintech events, and compliance industry platforms.
3. Solution Consulting & Technology Understanding
- Position the platform as a risk intelligence, due diligence, and compliance enablement solution.
- Understand the client’s regulatory, risk management, and fraud detection frameworks.
- Utilize knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data analytics trends to engage in strategic conversations with clients around technology-led risk management and compliance.
- Work closely with internal teams to align the product capabilities with client needs.
4. Market Development
- Develop go-to-market strategies for segments such as fintech, digital lending, wealth management firms, and payment platforms.
- Identify partnership opportunities with compliance consulting firms, risk advisory firms, and fintech ecosystems.
- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales within BFSI, FinTech, Risk Intelligence, or Data Solutions.
- Strong network across banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintech firms.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, fraud risk management, AML/KYC processes, and regulatory environment in BFSI.
- Must have understanding or exposure to AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts and their relevance in financial services.
