- Welcome and assist patients and attendants courteously.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve patient concerns promptly.
- Ensure patient satisfaction throughout the hospital stay.
- Maintain proper records of complaints, suggestions, and resolutions.
- Conduct patient rounds and collect feedback regularly.
- Support admission, discharge, and appointment coordination when required.
- Educate patients regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities appropriately.
- Prepare patient satisfaction reports and monthly feedback summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
