Job Description
We are looking for responsible and disciplined Exam Lab Invigilators to supervise candidates during examinations and ensure that exams are conducted smoothly, fairly, and according to the prescribed guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise candidates during examinations.
- Verify candidate identity and examination requirements.
- Monitor the examination hall/lab and maintain discipline.
- Prevent and report any unfair means or malpractice.
- Follow examination centre rules and instructions.
- Assist candidates with basic examination-related queries.
- Maintain attendance and examination records.
- Report any technical, administrative, or security issues to the examination coordinator.
- Ensure proper seating arrangements and smooth conduct of the examination.
- Maintain confidentiality of examination material.
Eligibility
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and basic computer knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual, and attentive.
- Previous invigilation/examination experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Shift-wise Payment
- 1st Shift: ₹350
- 2nd Shift: ₹600
- 3rd Shift: ₹800
