About Us
Utkarsh Global Foundation is a leading NGO dedicated to Animal Welfare, Healthcare, Education, and Community Development. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Corporate Fundraising Executive to generate corporate leads, connect with CSR decision-makers, schedule meetings, and build long-term corporate partnerships.
If you have experience in B2B calling, lead generation, client acquisition, business development, corporate sales, or fundraising, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate corporate leads through LinkedIn, online research, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Make outbound calls to HR Heads, CSR Heads, Directors, CXOs, and corporate decision-makers.
- Introduce the organization's CSR initiatives and fundraising projects.
- Schedule meetings with prospective corporate partners.
- Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and CSR teams.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with the management team.
- Convert qualified leads into CSR partnerships and fundraising opportunities.
- Maintain daily call reports, lead trackers, CRM, and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, meetings, and corporate partnerships.
- Identify companies eligible for CSR contributions under the Companies Act.
- Assist in proposal submissions, presentations, and partnership documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to build relationships with corporate clients.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in any of the following:
- Corporate Sales
- Business Development
