We are seeking an experienced &detail- oriented site supervisor to oversee daily construction operations. The deal candidate will be responsible for managing site workers, ensuring projects are completed according to drawings and specifications, maintaining quality standards, and strictly enforcing site safety enforcing site safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and activities at the construction site.
Ensure all work is executed as per approved structural drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Manage, assign duties, and track the daily attendance and performance of site laborers and subcontractors.
Monitor raw materials, machinery, and equipment usage to ensure minimal wastage and prevent stock shortages.
Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
Inspect work quality at each stage of construction and rectify any defects immediately.
Strictly enforce health and safety regulations on site at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent practical field experience)
. Experience: [1–3 years] of hands-on experience in building and site supervision.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and workforce management skills.
Proficiency in reading structural blueprints and execution plans.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle site issues independently.
Basic knowledge of keeping digital or physical site logs and material records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
