Job Summary
A Civil Supervisor oversees construction activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to engineering drawings and quality standards. The role involves supervising labor, coordinating with engineers and contractors, monitoring materials, and maintaining site discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labor productivity and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Inspect construction materials and ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure PPE usage at the site.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
- Ensure proper use of construction equipment and machinery.
- Maintain records of work progress, attendance, and material consumption.
- Verify measurements and support billing activities.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
