Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. The role involves managing the reception area, handling inquiries, maintaining records, coordinating communication, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist parents, visitors, students, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per school protocols.
- Coordinate student admissions inquiries and schedule appointments with the Admissions Team or Head of School.
- Assist in student admission documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Handle inward and outward correspondence, courier services, and official mail.
- Maintain attendance registers, records, and other administrative documents as required.
- Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for administrative requirements.
- Support parents by providing accurate information regarding school policies, events, fee schedules, and admissions.
- Assist in organizing school events, parent meetings, and other administrative activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of student, parent, and school information.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Handle any additional administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
- Prior experience in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is an advantage).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service orientation with a courteous and empathetic approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Working Hours:
As per school timings, including availability during school events or meetings when required.
