Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and discipline sales staff to improve performance.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
