Body shop Advisor - MG Showroom
Education: Minimum Diploma / ITI in Automobile / Mechanical / related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: 1–5+ years in automotive collision repair / body shop environment (four-wheeler focus).
The Body Shop Advisor is the key point of contact between customers and the collision repair facility. This role is responsible for assessing vehicle damage, providing accurate estimates, coordinating repair work, communicating with customers and insurance companies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
1. Customer Interaction
Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously.
Understand customer concerns regarding vehicle body and paint damage.
Explain repair procedures, timelines, costs, and warranty coverage clearly to customers.
2. Damage Inspection & Estimation
Inspect vehicles to assess body, frame, and paint damage.
3. Coordination with Workshop
Communicate and coordinate with technicians, painters, and parts department to ensure efficient workflow.
