Internship Overview We are looking for highly driven Legal Interns to assist with legal research, startup compliance, contracts, intellectual property documentation, policy drafting, and operational legal support during the early-stage growth of the company. This internship is ideal for law students interested in startups, technology law, business law, contracts, privacy policies, and emerging digital platforms. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct legal research on: Startup laws and regulations Company incorporation and compliance Intellectual property and trademarks Data privacy and digital platform regulations Employment and internship agreements International business regulations Draft and review: NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) Internship agreements Founder agreements Vendor agreements Partnership agreements Terms & Conditions Privacy Policies Assist in: Organizing legal documentation Compliance tracking Legal risk analysis Contract management ESOP-related documentation research Policy structuring for platform operations Support the team in protecting company IP, workflows, confidential systems, and operational frameworks. Eligibility Criteria Currently pursuing: LLB BA LLB BBA LLB LLM Or equivalent law-related programs Strong interest in: Startup ecosystem Technology law Corporate law Digital business operations Good communication, drafting, and research skills.
