Job Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to manage post-handover maintenance activities for residential projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate maintenance works, resolve customer complaints, and ensure quality service across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle post-handover maintenance and customer complaints.
- Inspect sites and identify maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely repairs.
- Monitor maintenance work to ensure quality standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports and update work progress.
- Visit project sites as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential construction maintenance or project execution.
- Knowledge of civil finishing works, waterproofing, plumbing, painting, and tiling.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,343.05 per month
Work Location: In person
