Job Description
Nexus Visa International is hiring Visa Counselors for our Rajkot (AG Chowk) and branches. We are looking for confident, professional, and customer-focused candidates who can guide clients regarding study visas, visitor visas, work permits, and other immigration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding visa and immigration services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa options.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain records.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the application process.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Sales or counseling experience is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM) is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
