- Operate VMC machines according to work instructions and production plans
- Load and unload components on the machine safely
- Perform basic machine setup and tool change under supervision
- Monitor machining operations and report abnormalities
- Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
- Maintain production records and daily logs
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team for machine issues
- Ensure minimal rejection and adherence to cycle time
