We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the casino, hospitality, hotel, or gaming industry and possess excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest registration, verification, and entry procedures.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth guest service.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Provide information regarding casino facilities, promotions, and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a casino, hotel, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
