We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer / Draftsman with strong expertise in ZWCAD to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of mechanical drafting, process equipment layouts, piping systems, fabrication drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Prepare detailed Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) based on process design requirements.
- Develop General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) for complete gas generation systems and skid-mounted packages.
- Design plant layouts, equipment layouts, and piping layouts while ensuring optimum space utilization and accessibility.
- Prepare fabrication and manufacturing drawings for pressure vessels, skid structures, piping assemblies, and mechanical components.
- Generate isometric piping drawings for fabrication and site installation.
- Develop accurate 3D equipment and piping layouts using ZWCAD or compatible CAD software.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and drawing documentation for manufacturing.
- Modify and update engineering drawings as per project requirements and client comments.
- Coordinate closely with Process, Production, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant engineering standards, project specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, documentation, and engineering records.
