Job Summary
Fluidteq Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation and labour-law compliance across the organisation.
The candidate must have prior HR experience in a manufacturing company and should be capable of working effectively with workers, supervisors, managers and senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee conflicts and grievances fairly and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across the organisation, from shop-floor workers to senior staff.
- Develop, communicate and implement HR policies across all departments and levels.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
- Guide department heads and management on employee-related matters.
- Promote discipline, accountability and a professional working environment.
- Maintain proper employee records, documentation and HR reports.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
- Proven experience in employee grievance and conflict resolution.
- Experience in hiring both workers and senior-level employees.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement policies firmly and consistently across the organisation.
- Must be comfortable working from the Vasai East location.
Candidates without manufacturing-industry HR experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
