Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Lift Technician to install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair elevators. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with elevator systems, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on elevators and lifts.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Attend breakdown calls and restore lift operation promptly.
- Install and commission new elevator systems when required.
- Conduct routine inspections and safety checks.
- Replace defective components and ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain service reports and maintenance records.
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with customers and the service team to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in elevator installation, maintenance, or repairs.
- Good knowledge of elevator control systems, motors, and safety devices.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
