As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly to support business objectives. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be tasked with maintaining system integrity and optimizing performance across multiple platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and management.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
