- Site Engineer / Field Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Supervision
- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure work progresses according to project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate site activities, resources, and materials required for daily progress.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Civil Work & Layout
- Check civil work and civil drawings for readiness before installation begins.
- Carry out layout marking for equipment, panels, booths, and ovens as per drawings.
Worker & Labor Handling
- Manage, direct, and supervise on-site technicians, contractors, and labor teams.
- Delegate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and resolve operational or labor issues on site.
Installation & Erection
- Read, interpret, and execute system installations strictly as per technical drawings, layout plans, and engineering specifications.
- Erect panels, booths, and ovens, and inspect incoming site materials and equipment for quality and correct placement.
Commissioning & Testing
- Perform pre-commissioning checks, testing, and final commissioning of the line on-site.
- Troubleshoot site errors or technical misalignments during setup and commissioning.
- Prepare test reports, handover documents, and final commissioning documentation.
Reporting & Client Interaction
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports to project managers.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to address queries or changes on-site.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Civil background especially welcome).
- Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in site execution, installation, and commissioning.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to read and interpret civil/engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical layouts; layout marking experience preferred.
- Skills: Leadership, labor management, site troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Availability: Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: ₹24,000 – ₹35,000 per month
