1. Production Management
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily CNC production activities.
- Ensure achievement of production targets (quantity, quality, and timelines).
- Monitor machine utilization and optimize productivity.
2. CNC Operations & Technical Oversight
- Supervise CNC programming (turning, milling, VMC/HMC machines).
- Ensure correct selection of tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Support troubleshooting for machining issues and breakdowns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or related field
- Additional certifications in CNC/Manufacturing/Lean preferred
Experience
- 12–18 years of experience in manufacturing/CNC operations
- Minimum 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role
