- Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Present project progress and outcomes to leadership and partners.
- Document best practices, success stories, and lessons learned.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Assessment
- Establish project KPIs and performance measurement systems.
- Monitor program outcomes and prepare impact assessment reports.
- Analyze participation data, athlete progression metrics, and development indicators.
- Recommend improvements based on program insights and learnings.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, sports academies, federations, NGOs, government agencies, and corporate partners.
- Coordinate with athletes, coaches, technical experts, and community leaders.
- Facilitate strategic partnerships to expand program reach and impact.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
