Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRMS databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Prepare HR documents such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Letters, and other employee communications.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Generate HR MIS reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Support performance appraisal, training, and employee development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Resolve employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Visit Labour Department offices, including PF/ESIC offices, for statutory compliance, inspections, and notices whenever required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred but not mandatory.
- 0–2 years of HR experience.
- Freshers with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
