About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead the transformation of our marketing technology landscape. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Technology, driving innovation across MarTech, AdTech, and AI to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
You will play a key role in identifying emerging technologies, building future-ready digital capabilities, and partnering with business teams to deliver impactful, scalable marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Innovation & Strategy
Continuously evaluate emerging trends in MarTech, AdTech, and AI, and translate them into actionable digital strategies
Build and drive a future-focused digital roadmap aligned with business priorities
Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, personalization, and campaign effectiveness
Platform & Technology Expertise
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in:
- Web technologies and website architecture
- Campaign microsites and landing pages
- Consumer engagement journeys, including WhatsApp-led experiences
- Value exchange platforms (e.g., content-driven engagement ecosystems)
Work across key platforms including:
- Adobe Stack: AEM, EDS, Dynamic Media, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target (preferred)
- Marketing automation tools (e.g., MoEngage)
- Major digital ecosystems: Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Enterprise MarTech architecture and integrations
Business Collaboration & Solutioning
Partner with Brand Managers and Digital Marketing teams to understand business requirements
Translate needs into technical solutions, use cases, and scalable architectures
Develop business cases, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and value frameworks for key initiatives
Program & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of MarTech and AI-driven initiatives
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and security standards
Drive agile project execution and continuous improvement
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage and collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and system integrators
Ensure effective delivery while optimizing cost, performance, and compliance
Governance & Operations
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, security standards, and compliance requirements
Drive audit readiness and compliance-related activities
Establish processes for smooth operations and platform stability
Manage lifecycle and performance of marketing technology platforms
AI & Future Capabilities
Define and implement frameworks for AI adoption in marketing ecosystems
Identify and scale use cases leveraging AI for personalization, automation, and insights
Drive innovation initiatives that enhance digital maturity
Experience: 7 to 10 years
