Role Overview:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, setting appointments, and educating potential clients about our offerings. You will act as the first point of contact and support the sales team in converting leads into successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to potential clients to promote our services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for Business Development Executives.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and update CRM with client data.
- Work 6 days a week from the office.
Candidate Requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive abilities.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
