The Winery Administrator will oversee daily administrative operations of the winery and resort, ensuring seamless coordination between hospitality, wine tourism, events, sales, accounts, and operational teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, guest-centric thinking, and the ability to manage multiple functions in a dynamic vineyard environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the winery and resort.
- Maintain records, reports, contracts, licenses, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with hospitality, winery, events, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounts teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Coordinate wine tours, tastings, corporate events, and weddings.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
Event & Booking Management
- Support planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, and group bookings.
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and event partners.
- Track event schedules and ensure operational readiness.
Sales & Revenue Support
- Assist in room booking management and event sales administration.
- Generate quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations.
- Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain statutory records and licenses.
- Coordinate documentation required for audits and inspections.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
Finance & Inventory Support
- Coordinate vendor payments and purchase documentation.
- Track inventory records related to hospitality and winery operations.
- Support budgeting and expense monitoring.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, resorts, wineries, tourism, or administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PMS/ERP software, and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
