Job description:
The Resident Experience Coordinator will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing the daily community experience at Advait Conscious Civilisation.
The role involves:
Coordination of consciousness programs
Execution of cue boards and display systems
Vendor coordination and on-ground implementation
Organising community events and family days
Supporting resident engagement activities
Ensuring smooth execution of wellness and awareness experiences across the project
This is a highly execution-oriented field role requiring coordination, discipline, communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Experience & Program Coordination
Coordinate daily consciousness education programs, meditation sessions, wellness activities, and resident engagement initiatives
Ensure readiness of program spaces, seating, audio systems, signage, lighting, ambience, and overall participant experience
Coordinate facilitators, volunteers, trainers, speakers, and operational teams for smooth execution
Support resident onboarding and participation in community activities
Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and operational readiness of all experience zones
Cue Boards & Display Systems
Coordinate preparation and installation of:
Awareness boards
Philosophy boards
Wellness track boards
Event signage
Direction and communication displays
Informational and branding displays
Work with designers, printers, fabricators, and installation vendors
Ensure correct branding, quality, dimensions, placements, and timely erection on site
Monitor maintenance and periodic updating of display systems across the project.
Events & Community Activities
Coordinate Family Days, celebrations, workshops, festivals, founder sessions, wellness events, cultural programs, and community gatherings
Manage stage setup, decorations, hospitality, seating, volunteer coordination, guest support, and event execution activities
Ensure a premium, organised, and welcoming resident experience during all activities
Coordinate photography, videography, announcements, and event flow where required
Support post-event closure activities and execution reviews
Vendor & Site Coordination
Coordinate with multiple vendors for fabrication, printing, materials, installations, event requirements, and site execution activities
Track timelines, deliveries, quality standards, budgets, and execution status
Supervise on-ground installation and implementation activities
Ensure vendor compliance with project timelines, quality expectations, and safety standards
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, requirements, and execution planning.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain execution trackers, vendor lists, event schedules, installation records, inventory logs, and daily activity reports
Share regular updates, photographs, status reports, and progress reports with management
Maintain records of vendors, quotations, bills, approvals, and execution timelines
Prepare checklists and execution plans for programs and events
