About the role
Expert Resourcing is hiring a Quality Engineer Trainee to help maintain product integrity in a high-volume injection-moulding environment serving automotive and white-goods applications.
What you will do
- Support in-process and final inspections to identify dimensional and visual deviations.
- Review Statistical Process Control data and flag adverse trends before non-conformance occurs.
- Prepare and validate PPAP documentation for customer requirements.
- Support shop-floor adherence to IATF 16949 quality-system requirements.
- Help reduce internal PPM and improve CAPA closure time through accurate documentation and follow-up.
You may be a good fit if you
- Hold any diploma; an engineering degree is preferred.
- Have 1 year of relevant experience.
- Understand IATF 16949 and basic quality-system requirements.
- Can use Vernier calipers, micrometers and height gauges.
- Have exposure to profile projectors, CMM and resin-moisture analysers.
