About the Role:
We are hiring a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive for our showroom in Ahmedabad. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and digital inquiries. Your job will involve welcoming clients, understanding their needs, giving live demos of smart home products, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
This role suits someone with showroom, franchise store, or premium retail experience who enjoys client interaction and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Handle leads from WhatsApp, calls, and the company website.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products clearly.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain technical features.
- Share quotations and coordinate with technical teams for estimates.
- Assist in closing deals and manage sales documentation.
- Keep CRM data updated and follow up on leads.
- Maintain showroom standards, cleanliness, and product displays.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech / Electronics Engineer (MBA or BBA preferred)
- Experience: 1-3 years in showroom sales, premium retail, or franchise store
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
